The BanReservas End-of-Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Centrika, Inc., with a mailing address located at 1595 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 150, Cumming, GA 30041. Centrika, Inc. is the marketing agency for BanReservas.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 6, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of New York who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Centrika, Inc., BanReservas, their immediate families, and any affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Via Money Transfer:

• During the Promotion Period, make a money transfer transaction to BanReservas through any participating independent Money Transfer Agent in the State of New York.

• After completing the transaction, scan the provided QR code and register your transaction by entering your name, phone number, email address, and the transaction date.

• Each completed money transfer to BanReservas will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

1. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

Entrants who wish to earn entry into the Sweepstakes without making a Money Transfer may do so as follows: On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number you can be reached for potential prize-winning notifications (including area code), date of birth and email address.Then, mail your completed 3" x 5" card to: "", 1595 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 150, Cumming, GA 30041.Mail entries must be postmarked by Dec 31, 2024, and received by January 7, 2025, to be considered eligible.Limit of twelve (12) envelopes per Entrant. Each envelope is considered one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted by a single Entrant in the same envelope or exceeding the entry limit above will not be considered eligible. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted.Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entries.All entries submitted by mail become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged mailed entries.

 

Limit: There is a maximum limit of twelve (12) entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

PRIZES:

The following prizes will be awarded:

•  One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000 Gift Card.

•  Two (2) First Prizes: $500 Gift Cards each.

•  Four (4) Second Prizes: $250 Gift Cards each.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $3,000.

In addition, two (2) $500 Gift Cards will be raffled among the Money Transfer Agents in New York State who sold the winning transactions.

 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

On or about January 7, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly select potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days following the drawing. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, or does not respond within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

PRIZE CLAIMS:

All potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in any activity that jeopardizes the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

 

NO LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Centrika, Inc., BanReservas, the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

 

DISPUTES:

Any disputes arising from these Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in New York. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of New York.
